The information you provide will be used to assist with community engagement activities.  Your participation is voluntary, and you may choose to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym; however, providing your contact details may be necessary if you wish to receive updates or be contacted for follow-up engagement. Your personal details remain on the engagement page, and you may be contacted in relation to other community engagement projects if applicable.

Your personal information may be disclosed to a third parties engaged by Council to assist with the facilitation, analysis, or reporting of engagement outcomes.  These third parties are contractually bound to handle your information in accordance with the Queensland Privacy Principles and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld).  By participating and providing your details, you are consenting to the collection, use, and limited disclosure of your personal information for the above purposes.
